Sustainability is a hot topic for good reasons, and certainly also in consulting. At this online event, Valcon and Ramboll brought perspectives on how sustainability is achieved successfully, introduced to us what it means to work with sustainability in consulting, and challenged the participant to reflect on approaches to handle extant sustainability challenges. A core element of this event was to leave room for consultants and students to engage and thereby mirror a physical event setup to the best volumes possible. This was done by including short exercises in breakout rooms, interactive quizzes, and leaving plenty of room for questions during and after the planned event contents.
