CPH MCC is looking for ambitious and open-minded students as Project Organizers to plan, create and execute our future events in collaboration with the team.
WHO ARE WE?
CPH Management Consulting Club has one main goal, which is to prepare students for a career in management consulting. We do this by hosting value-adding events in close collaboration with consultancies you want to be a part of. We are a voluntary organization consisting of 20 students from CBS, KU, DTU and ITU with different nationalities and backgrounds, however we all have a like-minded interest in kick-starting our careers the best way possible.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Planning. You will create and maintain a project plan, keeping track of deliverables, deadlines and budget to ensure maximum outcome for the money available – on time
Stakeholder management. You will need to stay in touch with partners sponsoring the event, the CPH MCC head-of team, the venue contacts and other stakeholders to ensure that everybody is informed as need be at all times.
Event facilitation. Finding venues that fit the needs of the event and arrange for the agenda, accommodation, etc. on the event day. Also for virtual events.
Communication. You should be able to effectively communicate the event to potential participants in close collaboration with our Communication Team..
Ad-hoc tasks. During every project there will always be some unforeseen circumstances which you will have to find alternative solutions to. You will be working closely with all parts of the organization on both project-management tasks and business-as-usual tasks.
Being part of our organization allows you to heavily influence your role’s tasks, as we want you to develop your own skills in the direction you find value adding and interesting.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
You speak and write English at a professional level.
You are a team player with a cooperative attitude.
You have at least 1 year left of your studies and are available for at least the next semester.
Approx. 2 working hours a week.
To sum up: it’s the perfect student job where the hours are planned according to your schedule, your CV will stand out, you will get a lot of responsibility (which you normally wouldn’t get with a regular student job), and of course a supportive team with a great social atmosphere.
