CPH MCC is looking for ambitious and open-minded students to help with our Human Capital Management.
WHO ARE WE
CPH Management Consulting Club has one main goal, which is to prepare students for a career in management consulting. We do this by hosting value-adding events in close collaboration with consultancies you want to be a part of. We are a voluntary organization consisting of 20 students from CBS, KU, DTU and ITU with different nationalities and backgrounds, however we all have a like-minded interest in kick-starting our careers the best way possible.
We offer you to become a part of a dynamic and agile organization with a great social atmosphere where you will get hands-on experience within your area of interest. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
You will be involved in the entire recruitment process incl. interviewing
You will get a certification in aptitude and personality assessment tools
Screening CVs for events with attendee limits
Help maintaining the engagement of the organization
Help organizing internal events e.g. Strategy Days and Team Building events
You will be working closely with all parts of the organization on both project-management tasks and business-as-usual tasks
You will join strategic meetings once a month
Approx. 2 hours a week
Being part of our organization allows you to heavily influence your role’s tasks, as we want you to develop your own skills in the direction you find value adding and interesting.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT
You speak and write English at a professional level
Cooperative attitude with team-oriented disposition
You have completed 1 year of your studies / at least 1 year left of your studies.
To sum up: it’s the perfect student job where the hours are planned according to your schedule, your CV will stand out, you will get a lot of responsibility (which you normally wouldn’t get with a regular student job), and of course a supportive team with a great social atmosphere.
