A lot of the tasks our organizers handle are often based on social interaction with potential event participants, companies, and interesting speakers. Therefore, having social skill and being well spoken is considered a plus. We look for candidates with the drive to change and improve the organization – a lot is possible and we recognize ourselves as a rapidly growing entrepreneurial organization. Specific skills required will be clear from the specific job descriptions below. However, we are a place where you can learn, so if you are no expert yet, you should still apply.

CPH Management Consulting Club consists of talented and highly motivated students from CBS, KU, DTU and ITU. Being a student organization of volunteers we value and prioritize social life. It is important to us that the students involved thrive whilst doing voluntary work, which is why we enjoy and make room for casual and informal events within the team.

We offer a learning environment where you can try out different areas and increase your competencies within event organization, human capital, marketing, communication, data organization, funding, IT, project management, etc. The organization can be seen as an arena where you can try out interests and learn where your strengths are within a professional setting.
