Copenhagen Management Consulting Club (hereafter MCC) is obliged to comply with Danish and EU legislation in regards to the General Data Protection Regulation.

By accepting a membership to MCC the member gives MCC permission to store and use the personal information of the member in our daily operation and for marketing purposes. The legal basis for this processing is consent. Acceptance of membership occurs when you agree to our privacy policy and pays the membership fee.

Specifically, the member allows MCC to store; name, phone number, e-mail address, sex, age, nationality, language, university, study programme, education level, expected graduation year, grade point average.

Furthermore, MCC reserves the right to store any other data that might be of interest for the daily operation of MCC, e.g. data about event participation or engagement in activities.

We will make changes to this Privacy Policy as required. You can see this by checking the date at the top of the page. In case of significant changes to the Privacy Policy we will inform you directly about the changes and the consequences hereof. Our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing of data before your withdrawal. You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided in structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

In the event of termination of the member’s membership to MCC stored data will anonymized for future analysis to our current members.

MCC uses a variety of third part service providers to help us provide services related to MCC and the way we keep our data. We may share personal information about you as follows;

  • Third party vendors and other service providers who need access to your information to carry out work on our behalf. Our service providers are MailChimp, Podio and OneDrive.
  • If we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation or legal process.

Your personal data are processed by MCC, Solbjerg Pl. 3, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark as data controller.
